Sentry Doors Ltd is a leading UK manufacturer of specialist timber fire, acoustic and security doorsets. Following the acquisition of E. & S. W. Knowles, the business has expanded its offering to become one of the country’s most comprehensive suppliers of fully certified doorsets, serving sectors including social housing, education, healthcare, commercial and leisure.
Designing a Comprehensive Sales Catalogue
We were commissioned to design and produce a complete product catalogue covering the full Sentry Doors range, including the newly incorporated Knowles collection. The catalogue was developed as a key sales tool for the business, intended for use at exhibitions, client meetings and as a general reference guide for specifiers and customers.
The project began with early planning and concept development, ensuring the structure and layout of the catalogue would clearly communicate a highly technical and extensive product range in an accessible and user-friendly way. We worked closely on content organisation and page flow to ensure the final publication supported both sales conversations and specification requirements.
Artwork, 3D Visualisation & Print Production
Alongside the design and layout of the catalogue, we produced full artwork and print-ready files, ensuring accuracy and consistency across the entire publication. To support products that were not yet available as photography, we created a series of detailed 3D renders to accurately represent key door sets and configurations, helping maintain visual consistency throughout the catalogue.
The project was completed with full print management, ensuring a high-quality finish suitable for exhibitions and client distribution. The final catalogue provides Sentry Doors with a professional, cohesive and practical sales tool that clearly showcases their expanded product offering in a way that is both technically precise and visually engaging.
